What are your opening hours?

We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Our last treatment appointment begins at 7:00 PM to ensure ample time for a complete experience. For hotel guests, spa facilities are accessible from 8:00 AM.

Do I need to book in advance?

We highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (May through October). Same-day appointments may be available but cannot be guaranteed. For packages and room stays, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks ahead.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours are charged 50% of the treatment fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Package bookings require 7 days notice for full refund.

Are your products organic?

Yes, we exclusively use organic, locally-sourced products. Our signature line features Santorini volcanic clay, extra virgin olive oil from local groves, Aegean sea salt, and wild herbs harvested from the island's hillsides. All products are free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances.

Do you offer group or event bookings?

Absolutely! We specialize in group bookings for weddings, bachelorette parties, corporate retreats, and family celebrations. Our private suites can accommodate up to 6 guests simultaneously. Please contact our events team at groups@aetheriaspa.com for custom packages.

Is parking available?

We offer complimentary valet parking for hotel guests. For day visitors, public parking is available in Oia village, approximately a 5-minute walk from our spa. We also offer complimentary airport/port transfers for guests staying at our suites.
